2. The user screen will allow for the scanner to be normalised and
enter the user utilities programs.
To run any of the utilities, the scanner needs to have been on long
enough to be in 'ready' mode and pass the 'scanner warmup'
message on the display. To run normalisation and stitch, the
scanner needs to have warmed up for at least one hour.
