Case 5: Home, Capping, and Wiping Sensors are Not Working
a) Check the Sensing Brackets, if bend.
b) Check the Connector and fix it, if not connected.
c) Replace the Home, Wiping and Capping Sensors, if faulty.
Case 6: Capping and Wiping Motor not Working
a) Replace the Gear and Belt, if not working smoothly.
b) Check the Connector and fix it, if loosen or not connected.
c) Replace Motors (capping and wiping), if required.
Procedure:
Steps to change the Capping Motor :
a. Loosen the Grub Screw on the Motor Gear, as shown below:

b. Remove the Circlip of the Driven Gear (Refer Above Image).
c. Remove the Driven Gear to get access to the Capping Motor’s screws.
d. Loosen all the four screws of the Capping Motor using the Allen key, as shown below:
