Do’s and Don’t of the Machine
Do’s
•
Perform Nozzle test daily before using the machine
•
Use only the recommended ink in the machine
•
Check and refill the ink cartridge regularly to avoid air lock
•
Check the waste bottle regularly
•
Re-check the Captop position after performing the physical head alignment test
•
Keep the capping station and wiping unit cleaned
•
Observe the print head cable orientation during installation
•
Carefully
insert the cables’ terminal pins in the print head
to avoid damaging the contact leads
•
Align the Core Holder brackets as per the media position
•
Feed Adjust value has to be adjusted in decimal format up-to two decimal places

Don’t power off the machine from the main power
to avoid head dryness during shut down from the
ON/OFF switch of the control pane

Avoid ink spilling on the print head and head cables

Don’t use expiry ink and store the ink at favorable environment
