Il lavoratore ha il compito di:
• Eseguire il montaggio e le regolazioni dei ripari e degli accessori,
in funzione della lavorazione da svolgere e della conformazione dei
pezzi da lavorare;
• Collegare la macchina all’alimentazione elettrica (Vedere paragrafo
apposito);
• Abilitare l’elettrofresatrice al funzionamento, agendo sui comandi;
• Spingere il pezzo per effettuare la lavorazione;
• Effettuare le operazioni di manutenzione e pulizia della macchina.
Installazione sul tavolo
di una elettrofresatrice
Il “TAVOLO INDUSTRIO”, da ora in poi chiamato tavolo o macchina, è
destinato ad essere utilizzato per piccoli lavori al banco, sia in ambito
industriale che non professionale (hobbistico). Il tavolo dotato degli
specifici accessori, acquistabili anche separatamente, consente
l’applicazione di una elettrofresatrice in modo da poter eseguire
la fresatura di profili in legno e materiale assimilabile. Il TAVOLO
INDUSTRIO è una attrezzatura intercambiabile ed è pertanto un
equipaggiamento che è stato progettato e costruito in modo da essere
assemblato dall’utilizzatore con una fresa portatile. L’assemblaggio del
tavolo con una fresa portatile realizza una macchina la cui tipologia
è contemplata dall’allegato IV della Direttiva 2006/42/CE. In questo
caso se il TAVOLO INDUSTRIO è assemblato con una elettrofresatrice di
produzione CMT SpA del tipo CMT7E, e l’assemblaggio, l’impiego e la
manutenzione sono effettuati in accordo con quanto previsto all’interno

Tasks and Operating Positions
around the Machine
The operator has the job of:
• Fitting and adjusting the guards and accessories, according to the
machining operation to be carried out and the shape of the pieces
to be machined;
• Connecting the machine to the power supply (See relevant
paragraph);
• Enabling the router for operation, using the commands;
• Pushing the piece to perform the machining operation;
• Carrying out periodic maintenance and cleaning of the machine.
Portable Router
Installation on Table
The “Industrio Routing System Table”, hereafter referred to as table or
machine, is designed for small tabletop projects, either in an industrial
or professional (hobbyist) setting. Equipped with the necessary
accessories, also sold separately, the table is designed to fit a portable
router so as to carry out the routing of profiles in wood and other similar
materials. The Industrio table falls in the category of ‘interchangeable
equipment’ and therefore has been designed and manufactured in
order to be manually assembled together with a portable router by the
operator.
The assembly of the table with a portable router creates a machining
center whose characteristics are outlined in Annex IV of the EU Directive
2006/42/CE. In this case, if the Industrio table is assembled with
a CMT portable router, namely the CMT7E, and assembly, use, and
maintenance are carried out following the instructions provided in this
