Field Use of the Drill
It is important that the seeding chassis is set level from front to rear to gain accurate and consistent seed
depth between the front and rear seeding tines. This is done by altering the length of the top link on the
tractor until the front and the rear seeding tines are the same height as shown in the diagram below.
The depth control of the machine is controlled by the depth wheels. To obtain the desired depth alter the
three top links on the depth wheel axles. Use a tape measure to ensure all three axles are the same. Once
the correct depth is achieved it is possible to lock off the top links using the locking tab on the top thread
on the links.
