Configuration Register
To change
configuration
register
settings turn
off
the system
set
or
clear the bits
by
inserting or
removing jumpers and
restart
the system or
change the
jumper
settings
while the
power
is still
on
and then give the privileged
command
reload
It is
not necessary
to
remove
the
processor
card
from
the
backplane
or
to
turn off the
power to
change
jumper
setting
Note
Configuration
register setting changes
take
effect only after the
system restarts
