Installation Instructions

Step 1

Remove any existing wall mounts.

Step 2

Remove 3 inches from the outer jacket of telephone wire in the outlet box. Strip
.75 inch from each individual conductor.

Step 3

Loosen screws on all jack terminals. Each terminal is color coded. Connect four
wires to corresponding terminal screws. Check wiring.
