16. In the
Camera Settings
select
White control
in the
Camera parameter
folder.
17. Check the values in the
Current White reference levels
field:

The current white reference levels should be between 780 and 820.
18. Set the checkmark in the
Enable continuous white control
box.
19. Perform tap balancing by selecting the appropriate toolbar icon.
Now the values in the
Start gain values
field match with the values in the
Current
camera gain values
field.
20. Save the settings in the non-volatile memory of the camera.
The camera will start with the start gain values.
Due to lens vignetting (shading), the image may have inhomogeneous light distribution. This
will be improved with the shading correction (see chapter 6.14, p. 77).
