Refilling Liquid Coolant Module
1. Using a flat head screwdriver, remove the fill port cap and the air vent cap. See Figure 5-11 .
2. Using a funnel and coolant, fill the liquid cooling module until the coolant is within 2mm of the top cover.
3. Using a flat head screwdriver, replace the fill port cap and the air vent cap.
NOTE:
If refilling the liquid coolant module outside of the projector, the level of coolant can be seen by looking
through the liquid level window.

Remove the Liquid Coolant Module from the Projector (Optional)
1. Using a 6mm hex driver or Allen key, remove the 2 bolts securing the top frame bracket. Refer to Figure 5-
12 (LEFT).
2. Disconnect the electrical connector by depressing the lock tab and pulling.
3. Disconnect the liquid connectors from the liquid coolant module by pushing and turning counterclockwise.
NOTE:
The connectors are leak free and will not leak when connecting or disconnecting.
4. Using a 3mm hex driver or Allen key, remove the 4 screws securing the liquid coolant module to the
projector. Refer to Figure 5-12 (RIGHT).
5. Carefully lift the liquid coolant module out of the projector.
6. Check liquid coolant level as above.
7. If necessary, refill the liquid coolant as above.
8. Replace the liquid coolant module by reversing steps 1-5 above.
