Radiation Shield film for loading doors made of acrylic glass
Loading doors made of acrylic glass have a special, transparent film on the
exterior side of the acrylic glass door. This film reduces the transfer of
radiant heat onto the product and ensures homogeneous freeze-drying
results. It addition, it reduces any potential thawing effects and ensures
safe and quick drying close to the freezing point.
NOTE
Comply with the cleaning instructions concerning the film (see chapter
8.1.3.1 - "Lamination of the loading door with a special film")!

Manually operated shelf movement
DANGER
Risk of crushing caused by the movement of the shelves
The shelves can be moved upwards/downwards by hydraulic force. In
addition, the shelves may sag down in an uncontrolled manner in the
event of a malfunction of the hydraulic system.
There is a risk of crushing of body parts under and between the shelves.
• Do not reach into the chamber while the shelves are in movement!
• Do not manipulate, remove, or disable the two-hand-control of the
shelf movement system or the door contact switch (if available) in any
way!
By means of the two push-buttons "Up" (1) and "Down" (2) it is possible to
move the shelves vertically for loading / unloading, stoppering product vials
inside the drying chamber as well as for maintenance purposes. The
movement of the shelves is only possible if the "Up / Down " buttons are
pressed simultaneously (< 0.5 sec) with the push-button "Release" (3) to
avoid injuries ("two-hand control").
