1. D isconnect pull back spring "E." D isco n
nect rod "B” at governor lev er on engine at "A."
2. With a cce lera to r pedal "C" just touching
flo o r covering "D" and governor lev er "A" in wide
open position, adjust rod "B" so the end free ly
en ter s at "A.” Tighten lock nut, then in sta ll pull
back spring "E."

ponents differ, according to engine type.

figure 5 and the follow ing instructions:
