This command is used to set/query the local oscillator frequency offset in the up
converter mode.

Return value:
DSB|LSB|USB
Parameter description:
LSB: Lower sideband (signal frequency < LO frequency)
USB: Upper sideband (signal frequency > LO frequency)
DSB: Double sideband (no frequency offset)
