P024 (H18)
Cycle time
%
R/W
Function:
The Cycle Time is the time which the Thyristor modulates to obtain the power
demand
Min/Max:
0 ÷ 255 (0 ÷ FF Hex)
Value:
Each step is 50msec
Default:
60 (3C Hex) = Zero Crossing
240 (F0 Hex) = Burst Firing
Example:
With a Cycle time at 4 sec:
25%-> 1sec 0n+3sec off
50%-> 2sec 0n+2sec off
75%-> 3sec 0n+1sec off

P026 (H1A)
Proportional Band
%
R/W
Function:
This parameter is the gain of the feed-back loop
Min/Max:
0 ÷ 255 (0 ÷FF Hex)
Value:
0 ÷ 255
Default:
VxI or V2 = 5 Hex
V or I =12 Hex
Example:
-
Note:
This parameter increase the loop speed but decrease the loop stability.
P027 (H1B)
Integral Time
%
R/W
Function:
This parameter is the integral time of the feed-back loop
Min/Max:
0 ÷ 255 (0 ÷FF Hex)
Value:
-
Default:
50 Hex
Example:
-
Note:
If you increase integral time you increase the output stability, but you increase
also the time to reach the set.
P028 (H1C)
HB delay
Sec
R/W
Function:
This parameter set a delay to have HB alarm active
Min/Max:
0 ÷ 255 (0 ÷FF Hex)
Value:
Default:
Example:
Note:
P029 (H1D)
HB sensitivity
%
R/W
Function:
This parameter defines the threshold of resistance that activates the HB alarm
This value is in percentage respect the nominal resistance load value
Min/Max:
0,0 ÷ 100,0%
Value:
-
Default:
100,0
Example:
…….
=20. This means that the Heather Break Alarm became active when
the current goes below 80A
