USE SUGGESTION
•
We recommend to use first quality disposable
bags, in order to avoid little pieces of paper being
torn off the envelope during sterilization and
obstructing the different parts of the hydraulic
system and the autoclave, compromising their
working.
•
We recommend to clean and dry the instruments
to be sterilized before putting them into the
autoclave. It is dangerous for the machine to use
chloride
containing
detergents
to
clean
instruments: it may quickly endanger the inner
pieces of the autoclave.
•
If during the water loading phase,
“
Alarm 2
”
appears, it may be a problem of electric
conductivity of the water or of earthing of the
electric system. If you use bi- or tridistilled water,
that is having electric conductivity near zero, the
level probe cannot feel its presence. For this
reason we suggest to use only demineralized
water. On the other hand, if the electric system
the autoclave is connected to is provided with an
insufficient earthing, the level probes cannot work
correctly and they may not feel the presence of
water. To avoid malfunctions it is necessary to
use an only
“
Schuko
”
type socket for the
autoclave, to test the earthing in the socket and
to avoid the use of reductions and patch cords.
•
A frequent cleaning of the exhaust filter placed
on the bottom wall of the sterilization chamber is
recommended. Before removing the filter itself
from its seat, the surrounding area of the
chamber is to be cleaned from possible
residuum
’
s, in order to avoid the dirt near the
filter falling into the exhaust tube while removing
the filter itself. Also the exhaust filter shall be
manually
unscrewed
and
cleaned
with
compressed water, if possible.
•
Please remember that the alarm display or
warning shall be reset through the RESET
function, by contemporarily pressing the SHIFT
and RESET keys. If the machine is switched off
when an alarm or a warning are being displayed,
that is without resetting them before putting out
the machine, on switching on the machine
“
Alarm
12 Black-Out
”
is displayed, in order to inform the
user that the machine had been put out in
“
running phase
”
. By resetting this message the
machine goes back to its starting conditions,
ready for a new cycle.
•
The material not intended for immediate use
must be packed and sterilised inside the package
(envelope and/or rigid container for sterilising by
steam).

GENERAL INFORMATION
Main switch
Set on the left-hand side of the equipment and also
holds the fuses
During the stage of installing the equipment it is
advisable to activate it and leave it switched on
permanently. While the equipment is being operated,
use only the green main switch
Green Main switch:
Placed near the basement, the switch , when it is
pressed, lights up confirming the electric connection
and the possible use of the equipment.

:
Signalling the working of the
resistances.
C
ycle yellow led
:
It shows that the autoclave is
effecting a cycle.
RESERVOIR:
The level of the distilled water in the reservoir can be
checked through the following luminous indicators:
EMPTY red led
:
If it is lighted it shows that the reservoir is empty. For
safety reasons when the EMPTY led is lighted the
use of the machine is inhibited.
OK
green led
:
When it is lighted, it shows that the quantity of
distilled water contained in the reservoir is enough for
at least one sterilization cycle.
FULL
yellow led:
It shows the reaching of the maximum water level in
the reservoir, after its lighting immediately stop the
immission of distilled water in the reservoir.
