FaxPress Plus User – Select a user the Drop Directory will use to submit fax jobs
to Premier. A Premier user can be created specifically for this purpose.
Share Name – Specify the Drop Directory folder’s share name.
User Name and Password – Specify a network user with access rights to the
share. Drop Directory will use this name to log into and poll the Drop Directory
folder.
Control File Extension – See Job Control, Data and Notice Files on page 283 for
an explanation of control file extensions.
Priority – Specify an ordering value from 1 to 9999 with which drop directories
searches will be ordered. Directories are searched in the increasing order of their
priority. Directories with the same priority are searched in rotation (round robin).
Do not create status file – If the third-party application does not require a status
file, check this box. Some third-party applications obtain important information,
such as success/failure status, from the status file. By default, this box is un-
checked.
Include job ID in status file – Notices of each Drop Directory fax job are gen-
erated and stored in the Drop Directory folder. To include job IDs in these notices,
select this option.
Polling Interval – Specify how frequently, in seconds, Drop Directory should poll
the Drop Directory folder for outgoing faxes.
