Booklet Maker
Note
: The Plockmatic Booklet Maker was formerly named the Océ
Booklet Maker.

The Booklet Maker
is a compact all-in-one booklet making
system for digital print applications.
•
This solution combines stitching, folding, spine forming and trimming to
produce booklets of up to 52 sheets (208 pages) of plain paper (80 g/m²)
with a square spine.
•
Supports sheet sizes up to 13.8” x 19.7” (350 mm x 500 mm)
•
Supports paper weights up to 110 lb Cover (300 g/m
2
) depending on paper
type and quality.
•
The optional Book Stacker is a high capacity vertical booklet stacking
system. The book stacker has a stacking capacity of up to 36.6” (930 mm).
•
The optional P2T 2-Knife Trimmer provides adjustable top and bottom side
trimming of booklets for up to 200 pages (80 g/m
2
).

Note:
The BLM550 and BLM500 require an interface kit to connect the optional
Book Stacker and optional P2T 2-Knife Trimmer.
