Fonts do not print as smoothly rounded characters.

– Bitmapped fonts designed for dot matrix printers do not print smoothly rounded
characters when used with high resolution printers like the MultiPASS.
– Certain MS fonts, such as MS Serif, will print jagged.

Printing takes too long.
You may be using Fine mode.

Your computer may be running low on resources.
• Close all unnecessary applications.
Your computer may not have enough disk space to spool the print job.
• Search for and delete all .TMP files.

The printout contains blurred or smudged ink.
The print media you are using may not be supported by the MultiPASS.
• Make sure you are using the recommended print media. (

You may be printing on the wrong side of the paper.
• Some papers have a “right” side for printing. If the print quality is not as clear as you
would like it to be, try turning the paper over and printing on the other side.
