[E001] 

Symptom 

E001-0004/E001-0010 due to disconnection of Fixing Sub Thermistor 2 (THM4)   

[Case in the field ]

   

Description 

E001-0004 was displayed. When error clear was executed, E001-0010 was displayed. Additionally, the 
Fixing Sub Thermistor 2 (THM4) is displaying "0 degree C".   
- E001-0004: Fixing Assembly high temperature error (hardware detection). Abnormal temperature 
difference among the Thermistors was detected.   
- E001-0010: Fixing Assembly high temperature error.    Turning OFF and then ON the power without 
clearing the error. 
 

Field Remedy 

In this case, the problem was solved by replacing the Fixing Sub Thermistor 2 (THM4) as it was 

disconnected.
