Paper stacking fault/Paper fall from the tray/Paper misalignment (Booklet/Staple Finisher-D1)

Symptom
When paper is output from Booklet/ Staple Finisher-D1, the following problems may occur.
- Stacking fault
- Paper fall from the tray
- Misalignment of paper stacks
Cause
At five locations indicated by [a] to [e], if a tension spring is not installed properly or if a tension spring is
installed though it is not required, the belt tension for transferring the motor drive deviates from the
normal setting value. In this state, when the paper stacked on the buffer path unit is returned to the
processing tray unit, a failure occurs, causing paper sheets to be misaligned each other. As a result, the
above symptom occurs. Below are the photo indicating the five locations [a] to [e] and the table showing
proper installation of a tension spring at the locations and belts having the tension affected.
