Press [Done] repeatedly until the Fax Basic Features screen
appears.
Reception Password
This mode enables you to set an optional ITU-T standard password.
If a subaddress is not set for a document that was received from another party
using the ITU-T standard, the machine checks for an RX password.
If the RX password does not match the RX password set in your machine, or if the
RX password is not attached to the document, the document cannot be received.
IMPORTANT
RX passwords are ignored if documents are being received in a memory box that is set
with a password. The memory box password takes precedence over the RX password.
