Right-click the [Default FTP Site] icon, and then click [Properties].

In the [Default FTP Site Properties] dialog box, click the [Security Accounts] tab
to display the [Security Accounts] sheet.

If you are using Windows 2000, deselect [Allow Anonymous Connections].
If you are using Windows XP, deselect [Allow only anonymous connection].

Click the [Home Directory] tab to display the [Home Directory] sheet, and then
select both [Read] and [Write].

Click the [OK] button to close the [Default FTP Site Properties] dialog box.
