CAUTION:
When installing the Secondary Transfer Unit to the Fixing Feed Unit, be sure to do so
after releasing the pressure applied on the Secondary Transfer Outer Roller.
(Otherwise, the Secondary Transfer Outer Roller may be deformed, or the ITB may be
damaged.)
How to release the pressure applied on the Secondary Transfer Outer Roller
The pressure on the Secondary Transfer Outer Roller [3] can be released by turning
the gear [1] and changing the direction of the cam [2]. Be sure to keep the Secondary
Transfer Outer Roller lowered.
