Troubleshooting

Close the PHS door, then close the front door.

●

Never touch the feeder lift tray while it is moving, and never place your hand under 
the tray. This could damage the printer or cause personal injury.

●

If paper is jammed in the feeder slot, open the feeder cover then remove the paper.

●

If the stacker is not inserted correctly, this could cause paper to jam. Check the 
stacker and make sure that it is installed correctly.
