STEP 23
Align the slot (1) in the lock nut with the nearest tab
(2) on the locking washer. Bend the tab (2) into the
slot (1).
NOTE: If the slot (1) and tab (2) does not align rotate
the lock nut clockwise to align with the nearest tab
(2).

Install a new hub cover O-ring (1).

Install the hub cover (1) and six retaining bolts (2).
Tighten the bolts in a cross pattern evenly to 132 in-
lb (11 ft-lb) (15 N•m).

STEP 26
Remove the plug (1) and fill the hub with 0.25 qts.
(0.25 liters) of the recommended lubricant. See the
Operators Manual for correct lubricant.
Install and tighten the plug (1) to 27 - 41 N•m (20 - 30
ft-lb).
