Optionally, after securing the cable into the body of the gland, you can close the other side of the gland
with an M28 gland cap. The gland cap protects the cable and connector from damage when elevating
the cable and gland to the radio unit.

The M28 gland cap has hook on top. After attaching the gland cap to the gland, you can connect a rope
to the hook and use this to lift the gland and cable up to the radio unit. Before screwing the gland into
the radio unit, you must remove the gland cap.
