Driving preparation
You should do the following checks and
adjustments before you drive your vehicle:

． Make sure all windows 、 mirrors and
outside lights are clean and unobstructed.
Remove frost
、 snow and ice stockpiling
above.

． Check that the hood and the trunk are
fully closed.

． Visually check the status of the tires. If a
tire looks slow, use a gauge to check its
pressure.

Check that any items you may be
carrying are stored properly or fasten down
securely.
5 ． Check the seat adjustment (refer to 50

page ).

Check the adjustment of inside and
outside mirrors (refer to 100
th
page ).

． Check the steering wheel adjustment
(refer to 39

page).

．
Make sure the doors are securely closed
and locked.

． Fasten your seat belt. Check that your
passengers have fastened their seat belts
(refer to 6
th
page).
10 ． Turn the ignition switch to the position
of on( ), and check the indicators in the Ⅱ
instrument panel.

． Start the engine (refer to 100

page).

． Check the gauges and indicators in the
instrument panel (refer to 26

page).
