11. Remove the M10 x 40 bolts holding the Tailgate Rods in place and slide the Rods out. (Figure 3-3A)
12. Line up the Tailgate with the Tailgate Hangers and re-insert the Tailgate Rods.
13. Align the hole for the bolt on the Tailgate flange with the hole in the Tiller frame and secure with the M10 x
40 bolts.
14. Remove the two tailgate pins in the mainframe strongbacks. (Figure 3-2B)
15. Place the Tailgate Springrods in brackets, align holes and install tailgate pins. (Figure 3-2B)
Never work under the Implement, the framework, or any lifted
component unless the Implement is securely supported or blocked up
to prevent sudden or inadvertent falling which could cause serious
injury or even death.
