The installation of another manufacturer's sensor is possible as long as
the following characteristics are followed:
Shutdown temperature TSA+/0101 55°C
Shutdown temperature TSA+/0102 80°C
Length of the protection tube 90 mm
Diameter of the protection tube 6 mm
Material of the protection tube Stainless steel (compatible with
process)
Type of thread G 1/4" (male)
Minimum required certification

facturer of the sensor installed on the pump.
Monitoring the counter pressure at the outlet
of the pump (PSA+/0301)
The counter pressure at the outlet of the pump must be monitored by
a pressure sensor (PSA+/0301).
The sensor
must
be connected in such a way that the vacuum pump
stops when the counter pressure reaches the value prescribed in the
"COBRA ATEX catalogue".
