In case an inlet air filter is installed on the suc-
tion connection:
The filter on the suction connection is partially
clogged
Clean or replace the filter
Partial clogging in the suction or discharge line
Remove the clogging
Long suction, discharge or pressure line with
too small diameter
Use larger diameter
The oil is black
Oil change intervals are too long
The oil was overheated
Drain oil
Fill in new oil
(see “Maintenance”)
In case the oil life is too short: use oil with
better heat resistance or retrofit cooling
Cooling liquid flow too low
No connection to cooling liquid supply
Check cooling liquid supply
Cooling liquid pressure too low
Apply proper cooling liquid pressure
Solenoid valve (option) closed
Open solenoid valve
Cooling liquid piping obstructed
Clean or replace piping
Leakage from cooling liquid piping
Check or replace seals
