to install the satellite terminal in a hazardous location:

Assemble the satellite terminal, gasket, adapter base, and interface cable in the
following manner:
(1)
Remove the lock nut from the adapter base (1-
¼
inch PVC male threaded conduit
adapter). Set aside for installation later.
(2)
Place the gasket in the space on the top of the adapter (Figure 2-10).
