Rotate the PCI tail lock downward.

Insert the PCI card, gently but firmly, into the slot.
−
Rotate the PCI tail lock upward to secure the PCI card into place.

6. Push the PCI card lock toward the inside of the frame to secure the PCI card into place.
Close the PCI caution plate.
