MAINTENANCE
_ Before carrying out any operation, always pull out
the plug and drain the receiver Completely.
_ Check that all screws ( in particular those of the
head of the unit) are tightly drawn up. The
check must be carried out prior to the first compressor
starting.
_ After loosening any safety screws, clean the intake
filter according to the type of working environment
and at least every 100hours. if necessary, replace
the filter element (clogging of the filter reduces
compressor performance and an inefficient
filter causes increased wear).
_ For lubricated models, replace the oil after the first
100 hours of operation and every 300 hours
sebsequently. remember to check the oil level at
regular intervals.
_ Use 10W40. (for cold climates, 10W20 is
recommended). Never mix different grade oils. If the
oil changes color (whiish = presence of water, dark =
overheated), it is good practice to replace the oil
immediately.
_ Periodically (or after working with the compressor
for more than an hour), drain the
condensate that forms inside the receiver due to the
humidity in the air. This protects the receiver from
corrosion and does not restrict its capacity.
_ Spent oil (lubricated models) and condensate
MUST BE DISPOSED OF in accordance
with environmental protection regulations and current
legislation.

The declared vibration total value has
been measured in accordance with a standard test
method and may be used for comparing one tool
with another that the declared vibration total value
may also be used in a preliminary assessment of
exposure.
A warning that the vibration emission
during actual use of the power tool can differ from
the declared total value depending on the ways in
which the tool is used and of the need to identify
safety measures to protect the operator that are
based on an estimation of exposure in the actual
conditions of use (taking account of all parts of
the operating cycle such as the times when the
tool is switched off and when it is running idle in
addition to the trigger time).
SERVICE DEPARTMENT
_ Damaged switches must be replaced by our after-
sales service department.
_ If replacing the power cord is necessary, it
should be done by the manufacturer or his agent
to avoid a hazard.
STORAGE
_ Thoroughly clean the whole machine and its
accessories.
_ Store it out of the reach of children, in a stable and
secure position, in a cool and dry place, avoid too
high and too low temperatures.
_ Protect it from exposure to direct sunlight. Keep it in
the dark, if possible.
_ Don’t keep it in plastic bags to avoid humidity build-
up.
GUARANTEE
Refer to the enclosed guarantee conditions
for the terms and conditions of guarantee.
ENVIRONMENT
Should your machine need
replacement after
extended use, do not put it in
the domestic waste but
dispose of it in an
environmentally safe way.
