Your PaperJet 200 automatically
reduces an incoming fax page or copy
to 94% of original size to enable it to fit
on an A4 page with a header. You can
change this setting to 200%, 94%, 86% or
79%. If you choose 200% and a received
fax extends beyond A4 size, it will print
on 2 pages.
To set the amount of reduction for
each page
Press the buttons in the order shown
Turning the ringer off means you will
not hear rings for all incoming fax and
phone calls.
