Both deflection pulleys of the pivoting frame are aligned precisely
to the housing of the compact web guide control ex-factory.
The position of the deflection pulleys must never be changed.
The fixing screws (
see fig. 8
) of both deflection pulleys must not
be loosened!
6.6 Installation positions
The compact web guide control can be mounted in different posi-
tions.
Figure 20 shows the permissible installation positions.

When delivered from the factory, the compact web guide control
is prepared for installation in installation position W1U1. The ekr
CON 100 controller is mounted at the operating side of the hous-
ing specified in the order.
Other installation positions are mounted ex works according to
the order.
6.7 Installation of the compact web guide control
6.7.1 General
The fastening of the compact web guide control to the machine
frame is carried out using four M8 screws. For this the base plate
of the base frame is fitted with four M8 fastening screw threads
(
see fig. 10
).
