onnecting the gas supply
Warning
Your appliance is sold pre-set for
TOWNGAS.
If the hob is installed above an oven or if
the proximity of other heat generating ele-
ments threatens to cause the connection
to heat up, it is vital that the connection be
made using a rigid pipe. If a hose or soft
pipe is used, it must not come into contact
with any of the unit's moving parts or en-
ter an area that is likely to be obstructed.

Preliminary remarks
The gas supply must be connected in
line with current regulations in the
country of installation.

Town gas connection
Please use approved stainless steel brai-
ded flexible tubing bearing EMSD approval
marking (such as EMSD APPROVAL
GTXXXX”) and gas cock for connection.
Connect from 1/2”G to governor Model
No. EL-125, and connect up to the gas
supply point.
