7. Confirm that the boiler is running and then press
‘Start Test’
8. Press ‘Maximum Modulation’.
You will have 5 minutes to adjust Hi-Fire CO2. A
test timer will appear on the bottom right corner of
the screen counting up to 5 to 5 minutes.
Be sure to give your combustion analyzer time to get
a stable reading after making the Hi-Fire adjustment
at the gas valve.
9. Once Hi-Fire CO2 is within an acceptable range,
press ‘Stop Test’.
12. Repeat steps 6 through 11 a few times to confirm
that both Hi-Fire and Low-Fire are within the
acceptable levels for your Brute.

10. Press ‘Minimum Modulation’
11. Press ‘Start Test’. You will have 5 minutes to adjust
Low-Fire CO2. Press ‘Stop Test’ when done.
