Check whether or not your machine requires additional safety measures for your
application to avoid unintentional movement. If necessary, make sure these are
appropriately implemented.
Operating mode of the pump in which the system statically regulates an operating
point by means of a corresponding command value over a longer period of time.
Pay attention to the information about permissible pressures in chapter 5.3.6
"Working pressure limits" on page 29.
If the drive enable is canceled, the electronics regulate to the specified internal
command value (factory setting is 10% α
set
,
p
set
15 bar).
• If the hardware enable is canceled, the output stage of the electronics is
de-energized.
With a de-energized proportional valve and an existing control pressure, the pump
swivels in the following cases:
– Standard version A4VSO and A4VBO to swivel angle α = 0% (
V
g min
)
– Standard version A4VSG and A4CSG to swivel angle α = –100%.
If there is no control pressure, the spring centering takes effect and swivels the
pump to 0% swivel angle:
Pump control spring centering comes standard. It is used for setting and
adjustment in the depressurized neutral position, but without a defined reset
during high-pressure operation. Spring centering is not a safety device. To
minimize the control fluid consumption, the stroking chambers are sealed in sizes
125 to 1000 and can be bled via the ports R2 to R7.
• If the hardware enable is canceled, the output stage of the electronics is
de-energized.
With a de-energized proportional valve and an existing load pressure (>20 bar), the
pump swivels in the following cases:
– Standard version A4VSO and A4VBO to swivel angle in direction
α = -100%. After reduction of the load pressure, an equilibrium of
< 10 bar will settle.
If no load pressure is available, the axial piston unit is pressed to
+100% flow (
V
g max
) by means of the adjustment spring.
• If the hardware enable is canceled, the output stage of the electronics is de-
energized.
With a de-energized proportional valve and an existing load pressure (>20 bar), the
pump swivels in the following cases:
– Standard version A4CSG to swivel angle α = -100%
