Replacing the motor and/or gear, motor mounting (MA) = R/L
Please note:
• The end faces of the motor and gear must be undamaged.
• The gear hub comes lubricated with anti-seize lubricant.
• Do
not
tilt the motor and make sure that there is enough clearance area for the
motor assembly.
• Install the motor in the proper position (terminal box) and connect it to the gear.
If the motor is not in the proper position: Do
NOT
rotate the motor.
Disconnect the motor from the gear and reconnect it.
If only the motor is to be
replaced, start with item 4.
1.
Loosen the hexagon
screws on the fl ange.
2.
Remove the motor-gear
combination from the
hexagonal shaft.
3.
Remove the cover plug
from the defective gear
and insert it at the
new gear.
4.
Loosen the hexagon
screws on the gear fl ange.
5.
Disconnect the defective
gear from the motor.
6.
Remove the yellow
protective cap (X) from
the motor shaft of the
new motor.
Grease the motor shaft.
7.
Install the motor.
8.
Install the motor-gear
combination.
