Drag the chain in the
top guide profi le to the
drive head.

Hold the drive train
over the drive heads.

Guide the chain over the
drive wheels through
the drive head down to
the chain tensioner.
15.
Connect the drive train
in the drive heads.
16.
Lift the chain slightly
and insert the sliding
piece into the
drive head.
17.
Install the drive and
return head covers.
18.
Use the disassembly
tool to remove so many
excessive chain links
that you can close
the chain as closely
as possible to the
tensioning wheel.

Grease the new
chain lock
