When SIGMET is selected from the OVERLAYS menu, and the GWX format is selected the graphical SIGMET images
are displayed on the MFD.

The SIGMET consists of a point, line, or unfilled polygon that defines the geographic extent of the report and its identifier.
The following illustration displays the SIGMET condition and the associated color.
