Select the desired weight. DO NOT EXCEED YOUR KNOWN PERFORMANCE
CAPABILITIES!
Assume a comfortable seated position facing the machine.
Adjust the seat to the proper depth so that you can position your feet squarely on the foot platforms with your legs
in a near fully extended position.
Perform the exercise by lifting the weight in a slow controlled manner by plantar-flexion of your feet. Pause briefly
in the fully contracted position. Lower the weight by dorsi-flexion of your feet to the starting position.
UPON COMPLETION OF EXERCISE, LOWER WEIGHT GENTLY TO ITS STARTING POSITION!
EXIT MACHINE CAREFULLY!
