The use of this exercise equipment involves a

make sure all nuts
and bolts are secured before
use. TIGHTEN PEDAL HINGE
BOLTS EVERY 30 DAYS.

STOP EXERCISING

become dizzy, nauseous, have
irregular heartbeats or breathing
difficulties. Contact your physician

keep a large mat
under the Equipment to protect
the floor or carpet.
