Decompression and convection gratings
These gratings allow the air to enter into and circulate around the appliance before
flowing out. Vacuum them and wash with water if necessary.

Mechanical chimney sweeping
Sweeping is mandatory and must be performed at least once a year. This is a legal
obligation. This operation is essential for the installation's safety.
Before sweeping:
1.
Note the position of the moving baffle.
2.
Disassemble the baffles.
3.
Close the thermostat.
Make the most of the opportunity by checking the condition of the chimney and
conduits. After chimney sweeping is finished, place the baffles back in their original
position.
Greasing
It is preferable to carefully, but not excessively, grease the
hinges during frequent use.

Use a high temperature resistant silicone

parts to seize.
When necessary, surfaces should be thoroughly cleaned be-
fore greasing.
Painted surfaces of metal parts
Dirty areas can be cleaned with a standard "non-greasy" product, using a small
quantity on a soft cloth.
Damaged areas can be restored using BG Fires' high temperature spray paint, avail
-
able from your distributor.
BG paint is the only range that will guarantee the same colour and chemical compat

ibility with the original paint.

Mechanické vymetání
Vymetání je povinné a provádí se minimálně jednou za rok. Je to zákonná povin

nost. Pro zajištění bezpečné instalace je tato činnost nutností.
Před vymetením:
1.
Zapamatujte si pozici pohyblivé přepážky.
2.
Odstraňte přepážky.
3.
Zavřete termostat.
Při vymetání sazí využijte příležitosti ke kontrole stavu komína a přípojek. Po do
-
končení vymetání komína umístěte zpět přepážky do jejich původní polohy.
Promazání
Při častém používání je potřeba pečlivě jemně promazat panty.

Použijte silikonové mazivo odolné vysokým teplotám (k
dispozici u Vašeho distributora). V opačném případě se
mazivo vysuší a dojde k zadření pohyblivých částí.
Je-li to nutné, před promazáním pečlivě umyjte všechny plochy.
Nátěr kovových částí
Znečištěná místa lze omýt běžným prostředkem (nemastným), s malým
množstvím na jemném hadříku.
Poničená místa lze opatřit nátěrem odolným vysokým teplotám od společnosti BG
Fires ve formě aerosolu, který je k dispozici u Vašeho distributora.
Pouze tento nátěr BG zaručí zachování stejného odstínu a chemické kompatibility
s původním nátěrem.
