Last Teleservice Call
Principle
The last Teleservice Calls, such as the last
message to the Service Partner, can be shown
on the Control Display.
Displaying last Teleservice Call
Check when the last Teleservice Call has been
transferred.
On the Control Display:
1. "Vehicle information"
2. "Vehicle status"
3. Calling up"Options".
4. "Last Teleservice info"
BMW Online
Principle
BMW Online is an online portal, providing cer‐
tain services available to use in the vehicle, for
example information on weather forecasts,
current news.
BMW Online is available through the SIM card
in the vehicle.
Operating requirements
▷ BMW Online or Connected Drive Services
are applied for at the Service Centre.
▷ Mobile telephony reception must be guar‐
anteed.
▷ For certain services, for example informa‐
tion on current location, the vehicle must
be able to determine your current location.
▷ The correct date is set on the Control Dis‐
play, see Owner's Handbook for the vehi‐
cle.
Starting
On the Control Display:
1. "BMW Services" or "ConnectedDrive"
2. "BMW Online"
3. If applicable,"OK"
The BMW Online start page is displayed.
Operating
To select and display content:
▷ Turn the Controller to highlight an element.
▷ Press the Controller to display an element.
Calling up home page
On the Control Display:
1. Calling up"Options".
