General
E-mail messages transferred from the mobile
telephone to the vehicle.
Activating/deactivating complete
display
Opening an E-mail in the vehicle completely
transfers it to the vehicle. This may be subject
to charges.
On the Control Display:
1. "Office"
2. "Messages"
3. Calling up"Options".
4. "Fully download e-mails"
It is possible to select whether an e‑mail
from the mobile telephone will be loaded
completely or only partially into the vehicle.
Additional functions
The following functions are available when an
e-mail message is selected:

Calendar
Principle
Depending on the number of appointments, at
most the appointments of the last 30 days and
the next 90 days can be displayed.
Displays
On the Control Display:
1. "Office"
2. "Calendar"
Yesterday, today and the next five days are
shown.
It can be selected whether the appointments
are to be transferred from a mobile telephone.
The appointments can also be transferred from
both connected mobile telephones.
1. Calling up "Options".
2. Select mobile telephone from which the
appointments are to be transferred.
