power failure or if the emergency button on the front panel is
pressed. To reset the machine, press the ON/OFF button.
Fit the container to be washed in the machine previously adjusted to
the correct dimensions.
Close the lid and press slightly until it hooks in place.
To run a brief wash cycle, set the switch and press the start button.
For a long cycle with detergent phase, before washing, set the
spraying time and holding time for chemical action.
Then press start.
At the end of the wash cycle, open the lid and remove the container.
6.6 Adjustments and checks
The machine has a turntable, a total of 19 washing nozzles in five
arrays and four detergent nozzles in two arrays. The nozzles must
be checked regularly to guarantee correct spraying and avoid
blocks. If one or more nozzles need removing for cleaning, when
they are replaced, make sure the spray direction is angled slightly
(10/15°) to avoid interference with the spray of nearby nozzles.
Do not insert implements or other objects into the holes in the
nozzles to avoid jeopardising the quality of the spray. To clean the
nozzles, remove by unscrewing with a spanner then clean with
compressed air only.
The bottom outermost side array is designed to take nozzles in
different positions depending on the profile of the container to be
cleaned. The washer leaves the factory with the two bottom nozzles
mounted at an angle in the lowest threaded holes for cleaning large
containers. If preferred, they can be fitted into the holes immediately
above by reversing the position of the nozzles/bungs (1).
