injector
1) Remove control panel (refer 6.1.1).
2) Remove pilot supply tube from pilot
burner.
3) Remove injector and clean or replace as
necessary.
Note: Ensure that correct size injector is
refitted to the unit (refer specifications
section).

1) Remove control panel (refer 6.1.1).
2) Remove thermocouple, piezo, and pilot supply
tube and injector from the pilot burner.
3) Remove the two screws securing the pilot
burner to the barbecue.

6.2.3 Spark
electrode
1) Remove control panel (refer 6.1.1).
2) Remove HT lead from spark electrode.
3) Remove spark electrode from pilot burner.
4) Replace and reassemble in reverse order.
Note: Inspect spark electrode to make sure that
ceramic is not cracked or damaged
before installing.
