OVEN SPECIFICATIONS
VENTILATION REQUIREMENTS
The hood should completely cover the unit with an
overhang of at least 6" (15 cm) on all sides not adjaĆ
cent to a wall. The distance from the floor to the
lower edge of the hood should not exceed 7' (2.1
m). The ventilation system should replace 80% of
the exhaust volume with fresh make up air.
TABLE 1 should be used as a guideline.
