Calendar - Week view
Month view
This view displays the month that you select and includes any appointments for
that month. Today’s date is outlined. You can scroll horizontally or vertically
through the days of the month. To scroll vertically, hold the
Alt key and roll the
trackwheel. Two arrows at the top of the screen indicate that you can scroll to
view more appointments.
Days with appointments have a black bar to the left of the day. The size of the bar
depends on the length of the appointment. For example, a 1-hour appointment
has a short bar, while a 4-hour appointment has a long bar. The position of the bar
depends on the start time of the appointment. For example, the bar for morning
appointments typically appears near the top of the date. If the appointment is an
all-day event, the date appears in bold.
