3. Select a group member and click the trackwheel to view the menu. Complete
one of the following actions:
• To replace the selected member with another contact in your Address
Book, click
Change Member .
• To delete the selected member from the group, click Delete Member .
• To add a new member to the group, click Add Member .
4. After you edit the group, click the trackwheel to view the menu. Click Save
Group .
The group Address Book entry is changed as you specified.
To delete Address Book entries
1. On the Home screen, click the Address Book icon. The Find screen appears.
2. Select the contact that you want to delete. Click the trackwheel to view the
menu and click Delete .
3. A dialog box appears that prompts you to confirm before the address is
deleted. (This dialog box appears only if Confirm Delete is enabled on the
Address Book Options screen.) Click Delete .
You return to the Find screen, and the entry is no longer listed.
To delete group Address Book entries
1. On the Home screen, click the Address Book icon. The Find screen appears.
2. Select the name of the group that you want to delete. Click the trackwheel to
view the menu. Click Delete Group .
3. A dialog box appears that prompts you to confirm before the group is deleted.
(This dialog box appears only if Confirm Delete is enabled on the Address
Book Options screen.) Click Delete .
You return to the Find screen, and the group is no longer listed.
